Integrated Movement & Awareness System
The Djedi Revival is a modern system based off of ancient wisdom, unifying physical discipline, awareness practices, and philosophical study into one structured path of development. Unlike traditional systems that isolate fitness, meditation, or martial arts, this approach integrates all aspects into a single, balanced framework.
Inspired by the ancient Djedi — known as healers, warriors, and architects of energy — this system explores the connection between consciousness, movement, and structure through practical training and real-world application.
Through consistent practice, individuals develop clarity, control, and a deeper understanding of both mind and body.
Many individuals are drawn toward quick solutions, often unaware of the deeper consequences of imbalance between mind and body. This system addresses that gap by creating a structured path where awareness, strength, and understanding evolve together.
By integrating philosophy, movement, and controlled practice, individuals develop resilience, focus, and the ability to operate with clarity under pressure.
We are practitioners, students, and teachers who have devoted a significant part of our lives to the study of movement, awareness, philosophy, and personal development. The Djedi Revival is built from years of training, research, experience, and continual learning.
Our role is not to provide all the answers, nor do we claim mastery over life's questions. We are lifelong students who continue to learn, train, and explore. By sharing the knowledge, tools, and practices that have shaped our own journey, we hope to help guide others along their path of growth, discovery, and self-development.

Ariffa is a certified health coach and certified meditation and mindfulness instructor with a background in community health, wellness education, and personal development. She serves as the Founder and Board Chair of the Tengu Center for Community Wellness, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individual and community well-being through accessible programs, education, and meaningful connection.
Since 2016, Ariffa has studied under John Savaria, exploring the principles that form the foundation of the Djedi path. Her experience includes teaching as a former kickboxing instructor, facilitating community discussions and self-development programs, and ongoing training in traditional martial arts, including two years of study in Asayama Ichiden-Ryu.
In addition to her work in mindfulness and movement, Ariffa is currently pursuing professional clinical herbalist education through an intensive program of study and has dedicated years to the study and practice of spiritual development, consciousness, meditation, and personal growth. She serves as the primary facilitator for many of the Tengu Center's community programs, helping create spaces for reflection, learning, and personal growth.
Together with John, Ariffa helps guide the development of the Djedi path, sharing the knowledge, practices, and experiences that have shaped her own journey while supporting others in their pursuit of greater awareness, purpose, and self-development. Explore the pathways, refine your movement, and expand your awareness through a system designed for real progress.
The Djedi Revival is not built around isolated practices or temporary outcomes. It is a structured path designed to develop the mind, body, awareness, and relationship with reality through progressive stages of study and practice.
Each level of the path builds upon the previous one, guiding the individual from foundational awareness into deeper understanding, discipline, integration, and mastery.

The beginning of awareness and disciplined self-development.
The Initiate enters the path through foundational practices focused on awareness, observation, discipline, and self-reflection. This stage introduces the principles that form the basis of the Djedi Revival system and prepares the individual for deeper study and transformation.
Going within so that we may go without.
The Seeker studies shadow work, the merging of dualities, consciousness, sacred geometry, meditation, symbolism, and the structures that appear throughout nature and reality. This stage focuses on expanding perception and developing a deeper relationship with awareness and observation.

Learning to perceive connection beyond the surface level.
The Observer begins recognizing the relationship between thought, energy, emotion, environment, and perception. Practices emphasize awareness, mindfulness, stillness, and the development of inner clarity.
Applying knowledge, structure, and intentional development.
The Architect works toward alignment between mind, body, action, and natural principles. Through deeper study, quantum understanding, and disciplined practice, this stage focuses on intentional growth, frequency, balance, and manifestation through conscious living.

The path divides into disciplined action or restorative healing.
At this stage, individuals choose a primary specialization. The Knight focuses on martial systems, movement, structure, and physical discipline. The Physician focuses on healing systems, breathwork, energy practices, and restorative methods.
The integration of knowledge, service, and guidance.
The Guardian and Scholar integrate both the Knight and Physician paths while assisting in instruction and mentorship. This stage emphasizes balance, responsibility, wisdom, and the ability to support the development of others.

A lifelong path of refinement, teaching, and continued discovery.
Sagehood within the Djedi Revival system is not viewed as a final destination, but as the continuation of disciplined learning, research, teaching, and self-refinement. The Sage embodies a firm level of energy work, weapons proficiency, modern science, ancient wisdom, and the ability to guide others through the path.
Many modern systems of wellness, martial arts, and personal development focus on isolated disciplines. The Djedi Revival brings these paths together into one integrated system that combines ancient wisdom with modern scientific understanding.
